1. Who is responsible

2. Visiting this website

When you visit viniti.ch, our hosting provider automatically records technical information in server log files, such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. This data is used only to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose technical problems. It is not used to identify you and is kept only for a limited period.

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and does not include contact forms.

3. When you contact us

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, organization and the content of your message, in order to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or carry out a consulting engagement.

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. If you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your data is also processed by Meta under its own privacy policy and may be transferred outside Switzerland. If you prefer, please contact us by email or phone instead.

4. Service providers

This website and our email are hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate our business, or where we are required to do so by law.

5. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as long as required by legal retention obligations, for example for business correspondence and accounting records.

6. Your rights

You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, subject to legal obligations. You may also object to processing and, where applicable, request a copy of your data in a common electronic format. To exercise these rights, contact joshi@viniti.ch.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
